“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?”

The answer to this question is an emphatic “No”!, there is nothing too difficult for God. Many of us have not had the experiences in our walk which prove God’s faithfulness and ability to get us through and out of any hard situations.   When the waters of trouble come crashing over us with great force it feels overwhelming.  We become fearful and anxious, not knowing what will happen and unable to believe.  If it persists for too long it can feel hopeless. Whatever the issue is we must be careful not to look at the problem with our physical eyes. this takes time and maturity.

It is hard when the problem seems insurmountable;  like a mountain towering over us. We already know that God is much bigger than our problem and to some degree we believe He will come through.    Over and over God tells us that He is more than able to do what is needed in all situations.

He longs to be our rescuer; our redeemer and be our safe hiding place. Psalm 46:1 (NASB)

God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.

He reminds us that He is always present in our lives.  He gives us what we need like strength and courage during times in the wilderness.

Joshua 1:9 (NASB)

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

And tries to get us to understand how much He cares for us and that whatever it is we need, it is not too hard a task for Him

1 Peter 5:7 (HCSB)

casting all your care on Him, because He cares about you.

When we put it in the right perspective we not only see what God has done for us, but can see that if He did it once He can do it again and again. God knows the beginning to the end and He had the answer before the problem arose.

Our ride may be bumpy for a time, but there is someone more than able steering our ship. We must learn to trust Him.

Challenge:   When a problem arises and begins to inflate right before our eyes we must remind ourselves of all the times that God came in like a hero to save us out of a dire situation.  Pray, worship and thank Him and continue doing that until He comes with a mighty hand to rescue you.

God bless
